Parking redefined

Excellent concept. As a first time user I nearly went elsewhere as took me forever. However I will now reuse and tell everyone. On the same point I also had difficulty finding parking as I believed that was looking for a car park!

Useless!

Unless you are in a car or small van. All over Dorset it is pay by “just Park” great yet another parking app to pay! Ok easy download, easy registration. Sadly many car parks in Dorset have multiple uses, like Busses, Cars, vans and Motorhome with slightly different prices. Yet the app only allows you to pay as a car. At least some of the other car parking apps allow you to pay as a Motorhome. Reply to developers response. I find the comment quite insulting to suggest I was not allowed to park there! West bay car park were clearly marked Coaches, cars, Motorhomes. Even had the prices displayed, so I suggest you do your homework or contact Dorset counsel. Deleting the app. No use to me as the insults.

Great app, one of the best location finders. Downloading spend history is a bit clunky, if you use it for work.

Works well functionally but they have a deceitful business practice in that if you forget to turn off the app after you return to your car, later it appears that the session is stopped. The large button states 'Start' even after a session is started rather than 'Stop' so when you notice the app later, it appears that it is not running an active session when it is. Only when you click Start again (why would you though?) that the app states that there's an active session. You pay for a full day!!!

Impossible to add any credit card

Go through whole procedure and go back and hit ‘I have validated‘ and it just sends you back to the beginning again….

Had trouble when I had to moved to a different car park. The App wouldnt let me pay as I hadnt used up the previous payment, so couldn't use the App and had to pay by card instead. Otherwise its great!

I tried paying 5 times today between 230pm and 430pm and it kept saying 'no Internet connection' even though I had full bars of signal on my phone.

Asking for too much personal info, privacy is poor. Does not recognize the car park code on the Justpark sticker (The one telling you to use the app with the displayed code). Map did not find car park either. Very poor compared to the 6 other parking apps I already have.
