Horribly bogged down with fluff and unnecessary "features". Inconsistent in a lot of ways. Advertisements for things I already have. Update: they've made it more difficult to dislike songs.

Once i was the fan of Amazon prime music, and I'm using it since 5-6 yrs, but now it's getting more irritating to start, and crashing as well. When I go to start the playlist,it wont starts for more then 15-20 minutes just need to tap and tap, i think its time to find new app now for music if they didnt solve this issue in this week

I've always loved this app until the last update. Now to add music to a Playlist takes so much longer and is a pain to do. I hope this is an error and it is fixed soon.

I Have Been An Unlimited Subscriber For 5 Yrs. Now & I Loved This App. Until Jan Of 2023 My Music Will Not Start, I Press Play Continuously & It Does Nothing. I Can Go From Playlist To Playlist & Any Other Functions Work. That Is Until I Select A Song & Try To Play It. I Restart Phone, Log In & Out Of App & Still Won't Play My Song. Once I'm Frustrated & Switch To YouTube 2 Listen, Mysteriously Amazon Music Begins To Play! Amazon Has Til The End Of March 2023 To Fix or I End Subscription!
