Usage in £s is no longer an available option !
Why is the daily usage no longer displayed in £s ? As humans we measure in £s not KWh ! Please put this option back on the app.

Not fully compatible with iPhone
Does not display both gas and electric daily figures together on an iPhone. Works fine on iPad and laptop. Suspect calculations. Our daily gas is about £5. For two days in February 2023 our daily gas was over £500. ( 2nd and 3rd of February 2023 ) The daily hours consumption for both these days were correct. There appears to be a calculation error in multiply the hourly rate to the daily rate.

Used to be a good app that has now become a rubbish app. Loses fingerprint recognition default setting so that you have to remember and input your login details every time. Utter garbage.

Great OVO app
A really useful app for monitoring my energy usage. Nice design and interface. It doesn't give live readings only previous day values. One glitch is on my iPhone when logging in the keyboard remains on the bottom half of the screen obscuring the options below.

I have been asking for a paper bill since it changed my bills have gone through the roof what I payed 3 monthly im now having to pay it a month isn't clear wether the government discount was taken off im not happy at all im 89 and have to rely on my daughters phone to get and pay the bill which isn't clear at all

App was working fine until about 10 days ago. Now it won't give me daily/monthly cost breakdowns or daily/monthly usage figures. Have contacted OVO and had the usual log off/log on/reinstall but still not fixed.

Shocking app. I've emailed and called numerous times and just been palmed off. I cannot see my usage in £ and haven't been able to for months now. Shocking customer service and absolutely no hope on getting this resolved.
