This app works about half the time, at best. It usually fails at checking you in, is very slow, glitches, and crashes often. Unfortunately I really like BWW and have to use it to amass points.

App is as much garbage as the new nondecor layout of ya restaurants! Tried to get my pts for checking in, an app kept telling me wrong password, not there is a update, which didn't show up when I checked for them an hr ago, before I was at the location!

For the last 4 visits I dont get my reward. Today's visit I didnt receive my points. I am ready to disable the app. Very disappointed. You offer an app that no longer works.

Can't place orders Why you been having an app and give a order option if you can't even do it Also when you're at the place you sit there trynna redeem and it's like "call your local sports bar" like how they gonna redeem it?

Poor design
They log you out all the time “for your security” as if anyone cares about a wings password. And they only allow you to select one flavor now on the 20/20. Awful. Junk. No thanks
