Not enough substitution options

Some people don't like certain thing and do like others. Would be nice if there were more options like mayo for the patty melt. Or even an option to hit extra for toppings like onions. Otherwise is okay, just not very customizable.

Still need a refund

On 2/26/23 at 7:33P I placed a mobile order at The Habit only to arrive at the restaurant to find the front doors locked. No note on the door. I knocked because I could see employees inside and eventually someone came out and told me they were experiencing an outage and could not serve food. I asked how I could get a refund and they said I needed to contact customer service via the app. That was a month ago. Never heard back from anyone. Never got a refund. Customer service is non existent via the app.

The past two times I've tried to use the app it won't finalize the payment and doesn't go through. Your promo gets deleted and Habit Burger won't honor your deleted promo code. Waste of time and money if you want to order online. Poor customer service in store regarding the issue. This has happened in multiple states. App is slick and easy to customize your order, you just can no longer successfully order.
