Unimpressed with the latest update. Message display and download simply doesn't work: flits back and forth between pre-display messages. Auto-fill of stored passwords for confirmation of changes simply doesn't work. Not good.

Unable to open or download PDF statements, only get the option to share / send, so I have to email the PDF statement to myself and then I can open it using the PDF viewer from the email. (Other banking apps work fine on my phone)

Absolute pants. Suddenly stopped working on my phone, decided it was routed (it isn't). Put it on my tablet, spent half an hour trying to photograph a cheque, finally managed and it then wouldn't deposit it due to a "technical issue". It would be quicker to drive 30 miles to the nearest flipping branch.

Would like the same options at cash points
I gave this app 3 Stars I may have given it 5 if the Halifax did more to persuade internet providers to allow their apps to be used in places that don't receive good internet signal. It's a good app at home, but the internet is so bad yards from here and for miles around that it isn't available much of the time. This is supposed to be an internet app after all, and there's no point in providing it while internet is not available where you need it the most. The cash points could improve their options to allow transfers so that, when your in an internet dead zone, one has a way to access all one's accounts. Good app, could be improved.

Overall not a bad app. I would like for there to be a feature where I can add a note to any expenditure. They have an 'Add note' feature on the Starling Bank app which is invaluable as I can immediately add information as a reminder that I spent £X on 'whatever'. If this app had this fearure then I'd request to stop receiving monthly paper statements for my current account, but it doesn't so I won't 😐.
