Worst Patient App

All my previous doctors used Follow My Health. Now I have to deal with the needlessly complicated and horrendously inefficient Healow. There is nothing good I can say about this mess.

Will not allow editing of profile to change email address. There is a button for edit but once it brings up the profile it will not allow you to change anything.

Horrible app. Not very user friendly and difficult to get into the credentials to the acct. Also difficult to set up more than 1 acct that use the same app. Wish they have a more user friendly one.

My doctor wasn't listed and I couldn't figure out how to add him. I was notified my labs were ready to view, but don't see them anywhere. Prisma is far easier to use. Take a lesson from them.

I unfortunately have to use this app to see my sons Dr. I hate It! Sooo many times i get ready for an appt only for me to press start and it doesn't go! So then I get charged and marked no show. Had this happen again on Friday and i had to call 4 seperate times because after 40 so minutes waiting on a real person I was CONVENIENTLY hung up on the minute I heard the phone pick up! 4th time I wait another 40 mins to finally have the robot say to put me in line to recieve a call back. NEVER GOT IT
