I speak English, I'm in Sweden and I need to book a car to go home. The app switches to Swedish. No way to fix the language to English. About as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

Would give it 0 stars. An App from such a big company like Hertz should at least be a useable App. Locks up, spinning wheel, blank screen, doesn't remember user or password. Rent cars nearly every week, other rental companies Apps work without issue, don't know why Hertz can't sort this out.

Good cars, pathetic app

I have over 70 apps on my phone and Hertz is probably the worst. Dorn not remember your login, no face recognition and the features are almost non-existent . I had to reserve my car on the website because tha app kept failing.

Disappointing

Very disappointed by the app. It is even impossible to download your membership card to safeguard it on your mobile! Not to mention that in order to modify personal account information you need to go to the website!

2023-03-04 Still not better, it's almost sabotage...:-(( **** Still not better... Updating the application and re ... Login and MDP fired... We have to do something else ... Really sucks
