Homesnap Rental & House Finder - Latest Quality Issues

Homesnap used to be a reliable app until this last update. Now everything I try and use it shuts down after I input the address I'm looking for. I'm beginning to wonder more and more why any MLS group would use Homesnap.

I have been using this for few years but past few month is really slow and take so long to load i have to close the app to many time to make it mark going to use my Howard Hanna app Homesnap is been bad keep crashing can't really use it

This app use to work great and I used it all the time. Since the latest update it keeps crashing and is unusable.

Pain in the butt
App buries the most important info (HOA and condo fees), making you search forever for info Redfin puts at the top. The app also disabled the highlight and “copy” feature, so you can't paste listing info into a different search. Intentionally malicious.

Was great for a while, now would not load pictures. Updated app, re-installed and still the same thing.

App is meh
It notifications work but if you click, it doesn't take you to the listing instead just a map. So you have to then sort by newest listing. Also the preset 4% interest rate is frustrating so you have to change that calculation everytime you enter the app. Overall, good if you're trying to see what's in the area but BAD if its yoUSERNAME_REMOVED agent's primary way of checking the market

I'm several occasions, including my own listings, it takes many days before the listing can be clicked on from the map. It seems like it's not feeding directly from the MLS.
