All I CAN SAY TOTAL JUNK.
Air ram K9 I would not recommend this product. I don't understand The people that are giving good reviews. I wanted one for a long time. I purchased a Christmas 2022. Please understand me blows dust. You have to empty it every 45 minutes and then. The battery does not last. Come spring yard sale time $10. I have three other brands, vacuum cleaners. This is the worst plastic blows dust.

Broken System
Loyal HSN customer with favorite brands and Designers for many years. Experienced some bumps received excellent customer service UNTIL THE SYSTEM BROKE. After many years something went wrong. No clear answers. Hours on the phone resulting in run around between departments at HSN and the Bank , was told “ don't worry it's all okay now.” Except it wasn't! Beware DO NOT USE FLEX PAY! Not always as simple as presented. Check your statement every month. Check returns and interest. Watch for charges for items you did not order! Use GREAT CAUTION HAVING OUTSTANDING CHARGES. Beware of what might suddenly appear on your account. Do not depend on information generated by automated system. Physically check balance. Keep records of date/time, names , conversation details, payment details of each interaction. It's a great experience until it isn't!

Very upset that I have a few Perlier products in my bag and is not counted as I'm trying to check out!! Now product is unavailable. I had the product in my bag for less than 1 minute and gone.

No invoice and return label in my order.
I have called customer service 4 times to return a pair of sandals. Each time they stated they would send me a return label. It hasn't happened yet! Customer service is extremely poor. If you say you are going to do something, do it! I'm very disappointed.

Vendor Scams
Purchased something that didn't work and wanted to send back but didn't get label. Called and was told “vendor does not participate in our return policy”. What does this mean? I have to pay $16 dollars to return something I only paid $20 for so far. This is not disclosed during presentation. This is absolutely underhanded for a billion dollar company. While we have to shop around to save a few $$ they get their money and leave you to figure it out. What a great time to be in America?

When I was watching HSN they said it was 128 GB they lied. They said it had windows 11 it does not. It has windows 10 it does not easily let me shut off windows S which I do not want I am very unhappy with this computer, I would have not ordered it if they didn't tell me about the 128 and already have a Windows 11 but now I have it and I'm not happy. This is my first experience with Home Shopping Network and probably going to be my list unless they contact me so I can either send it back or exchange it for what I was supposed to get.

Returns have become very difficult
No longer an option to select to return the item in the order summary plus HSN does nit readily disclose if you must return an item to the manufacturer which costs an arm and a leg. Turn for the worse since the joined with QVC

Shipping
I am disappointed in your new shipping policy. Items that previously were free shipping such as Lancome and Beekman are now $5.95 to ship. This all but voids out any coupons that you send. Fortunately the major department stores still do free shipping on cosmetics.
