I would have love to rate it 5 star but I'm not happy with the way the service is going. Imagine me trying to reach out to customer service to talk to them about the issue I'm facing of me activating my debit card but all is in vain.. Since one can't be able to reach out to any customer agent.. Thank you.

After upgrading my ALAT app if I open it, it closes almost immediately without even opening. What is the solution please

I installed it 2 weeks ago made a deposit trying to buy airtime only to get stuck at pin change at ALAT sent me SMS that pin is my birthday I tried to change the pin called, sent mails yet to get a response ehhhh let it not be like bangu app cus money scares now.
