APP works well, but the signing in is tedious. It is a two (2) stage process requiring your phone and a sent confirmation code.

Terrible app/system

Unbelievably hard to set up for a senior citizen hope system gets improved, system is terrible to navigate, kicked out multiple time attempting to place OTC order.

Can't read specifications, directions, etc. Too small and using the tab to enlarge only blurs things. Also, too often out of stock especially for seasonal items.

Keeps changing default info! Meds are shipped to drs office instead of default address, home! Since switch to Cenretwell, cannot look up price of drug before inputting rx info. Need to know cost before committing to rx filled. Why do so many apps not want to give full info/disclosure w/o insisting on hoop jumping. Disgusting desperation to get business.
