The worst food delivery platform
I had a terrible experience with Hungry Panda. Their customer service is extremely poor and ineffective. No matter how much I tried to explain my issues, they simply ignored me and refused to solve the problems. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. Moreover, when something went wrong with my order, they completely put the responsibility on me, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone not to use this app and uninstall it immediately. Having lived and settled in the UK for many years, I have never encountered such a terrible food delivery platform like Hungry Panda.

The slowest delivery software

Awful delivery
Worst delivery service. Shows courier just sitting in one suburb not moving for 30mins. How can an app not change couriers if the person is stationary? Makes no sense
