It's not tracking my BPM and read my watch data only 24h back on my iTOUCH air3. I don't like it to upload every day my information from watch to phone. Not cool

It was great, but now I can not synchronize the clock with the app and I reset the watch a lot of times impossible to 🤦 ♀️ grab

I like it, but 3rd shift is a thing
I really like my watch and the app, but I don't know why you restrict the sleep time to between 2200-0800. I work 3rd shift and it would be nice to see the kind of sleep I'm getting. Other than that I really enjoy this product.

Whenever I want to change my watch face the app won't let me, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I've tried updating the app, I've tried reconnecting my watch to the app, but now it won't even let my watch reconnect to the app.

App is bad. There's no instructions that come with the watch, so you expect a guide or tutorials on the app. Nothing! No idea how to measure true continuous heartrate during activity, or anything else for that matter. It also prevents you from setting up and even using the watch overseas. What a scam. Pure garbage.
