They sell your personal info

They will sell your personal information. I have received exponentially more spam after trying their services (didn't even end up going with one of their suggested policies). The spam includes phone calls and mail. Only use if you love spam

Caused a lapse on my insurance

I was initially happy because they “took care of everything” however 2 months later I got a letter from the DMV saying there's a lapse on my insurance. I guess Jerry got the dates wrong and there was a 2 day lapse.

These guys saved me a few hundred dollars by switching. Happy Holidays to me! Edit: 3/1/23. This app has gone downhill. The customer service is horrible. They never answer my texts and when I call them, I'm put on hold forever. And when ypu opt for them to call you back they never do! Still saving money though thankfully

SCAM SCAM SCAM DONT FALL FOR IT! they add on prices after the contract has been signed and paid for. SCAM the "good" reviews HAVE TO BE FAKE!

So far I'm not very happy with this artificial intelligence app that changed my coverages multiple times and when I tried to deal with this through an agent (OMG A HUMAN) I was on hold over 30 mins with most irritating broken record 8 high pitched music notes repeating over and over. And yes I'm STILL on hold.. Well finally a decent intelligent human comes on the line, Courtney, excellent service and although I'm still on hold, at over 67 minutes, she eliminated the music and finalized my policy

Not for me

A bit more expensive that what I got w State Farm by a few bucks, and not even close to coverage. Not fully covered, no rental, and no towing lol. What a joke.

I literally was given a quote from my current insurance provider at an even higher price then I'm already paying through the same company. Pretty sure that makes no sense in the business motto that's being advertised.

this is a great app to find car insurance the only problem that I'm experiencing now is the customer service is super slow its been 5 days and no one has answered me yet I've messaged on the app and called still nothing it's very frustrating and irritating

They do not respond to questions ask. They respond but do not answer questions. I told them they were scammers and they did not respond to that.
