Points Tracker

Why did you guys change the points tracker to total points instead of points received per statement? That's confusing and leaves room for much error. Please update and go back to the original format showing how many points we receive per statement instead of total JetBlue points. Someone dropped the ball with that

Seat availability is no longer showing on the app, for any flight. If you book blue or blue extra. The seat map shows all X's, on all flights.

Crashes if blocking data collection

If you're blocking app dynamics data collection on your network (for example with a pihole) the app either fails to load or just randomly quits. This is poor development from lazy engineers not properly handling failing third party data collection services. Because of such poor engineering practices, this app gets 1 star. Properly QA your app and stop relying on 3rd party data collection services to invade peoples privacy.
