A lot of problem when using this app. I can't see my bookings, always show errors when I try to add bookings. Upcoming flights, check-in, boarding pass all with problems, don't trust in this app and unfortunately the website has the same problems sometimes.

What happened to the app cannot refresh screen. I need to log on to jetstar page to make sure my flight is still okay.

Incompetent App Builders
I tried to log in and it took several minutes to tell me my password was wrong. So I tried to reset it and the email didn't arrive. Such a useless app.

If I could give it 0, I would. Absolutely terrible. Can't log in at all nevermind use the app. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired. How is a national carrier allowed to have such a dreadful app I'll never know.
