Your food doesn't arrive and you don't get a refund. They say contact the restaurant the restaurant says contact just eat. Stay away if you don't want to be Swindled. Better ordering directly from the restaurant.

every restaurant claims there is no delivery charge when actually often pop in 'service' charge at the payment. Also they should not allowed restaurants with 1 star health scoring.

Used to be good but lately it seems a shortage of drivers, it often says a restaurantis not delivering but another delivery app says it is. Drivers also not checking they have the full order. On 1 occasion a driver came back 5 minutes later with part of my order I hadn't even realised was missing and another time on a large order half of it was missing, i rang restaurant they said they had placed 1 bag of food on the counter, turned to get the other 1 and driver had already left.
