Transfer too long
Transfer times much too long at home ... Two transfers left at the same time the same day on a Monday at 12 noon to a Kard account and another to an agricultural credit account. At the agricultural credit transfer received the next day (Tuesday) at 8h Chez Kard at 17h on Tuesday still nothing .... In other words, Kard does background retention to make a profit. Because in reality the two banks receive the funds at the same time. Crédit Agricole makes the funds available to the client almost instantly. While Kard waits to make a little profit before making the funds available.

Great bank but no customer service
I have always been satisfied with the bank with which I have been for 2 years and a half. The application is very good, the features too but the customer service is almost absent (apart from a robot). No phone line available, the only response I got from customer service was by email, not to answer my problem but to tell me to submit my request on the application (where I had no answer). It's a shame because the services offered by Kard are very interesting but the customer service only offers a chat with a response time within 5 hours...

I like Kard but the only small problem is the delivery of the card and assistance by message either the message does not send or it takes a long time to respond

phone number
Good evening, I created an account with a phone number but unfortunately to invite the parent I made a mistake in the phone number and I can not change it. The only thing I can do is create another account. Is it possible to be able to change the number, thank you. Or delete the account that I tried to create but where I am stuck at the parent invitation

Kard - Product Description
