Not cashing out after trying 3 times.

Whenever I click on the Famous Bowl, the whole app freezes. I can't go back, click on any other tabs, nothing. I have to close the app & relaunch to continue.

Not great. The app doesn't let me save a favorite store unless I select delivery or order now ao I cannot see any prices. Worthless if I want to go buy chicken at the counter and not have it delivered.

The app never loaded. I tried to enter my info, and it would stay on the same screen. I tried to reset and never sent an email. I tried to sign up my husband for an account and didn't let his email work either. He went in person to order, and they told him that was just an online order option and they couldn't do anything about it.

Worst experience. These apps are supposed to be convienient this has gone out of its way to be more difficult. First if you exit the app to check your info it erases all your progress. Hope you have your credit card memorizes. Then once you get to the store the policy is pick up inside only no drive thru. So there is no benefit to ordering ahead. This app just makes the experience worse.

The store I ordered from ran out of bone in chicken before I placed my order, and there is no way to ask for a refund in the app, there seems to be poor communication between the app and the local restaurants. I would recommend just going to your local restaurant and skip the app. We drove miles out of our way for my order, the restaurant couldn't fill my order, and the app didn't notify me of an issue.

Remember when KFC was affordable?Not even any coupons and unaffordable food For the average middle lower class family. The app was offered no coupons once however very clunky feeling not very user friendly. If they don't change their prices I feel they're gonna lose a lot of their customer base because I'm not paying $33 for a 16 piece tender.

Very frustrating when correct password is not recognized and app doesn't let you reset it.

I tried making a new account and it took me to the mobile website. After logging in there's a banner to use the app so I tap it, it says login, create account, or use as guest. I login and it takes me to the website with the same banner, tap banner, login, create account, use as guest, etc. in an endless loop. I uninstalled after about 5 minutes.
