Kobo books

This app let me purchase and read books but arbitrarily denied me access to purchased material. I was involved with Raku Kobo for many years and suddenly denied access to my purchased books. No contact other than email is available! When they don't respond to my email requests it doesn't leave any options for customer support Sincerely Roy Copithorne

Crashing

This has always been my go to reading app, and before the recent update, I never had a problem with it. But this update…it is always crashing. It thinks I've been reading on a different device (I haven't) and wants to synch my progress, and there's no option to not ask again. It's continually loading the book. I can't get to the next page of my book! I'm so frustrated. Reading the recent review, it seems this is a universal issue.
