I am not able to schedule a session with my personal trainer with this app. My available sessions do not show even though I am paying each month.

Recommendation
I rarely workout at LA and just use the gym for the sauna and hot tub. You guys should have each club alert the app when the tub or sauna isn't working. That way some of us aren't wasting time going to that location. I like that you can go to the app to see what each location offers. That one extra feature would help members a ton!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because every time I bought a new phone was a problemaaaaa to reopen the application now I have planet fines membership and with them I do not have that problem the truth I liked the gym l.a finess but they did not give me the proper attention to solve the problem

App getting worse!
The option "When Im near a club, prompt me to open my membership card" not working anymore. Have to manually launch the app, then go to the membership card everytime I get the the club which takes way longer.

The membership option for my account is not working, I uninstall the app, logout... every time I get to the gym I have to explain the situation. Please fix it

a wonderful app from 2010!
it's time LA Fitness enters 2023. horrible and confusing UI, glitchy, and sometimes a non-responsive app. users want to see a clean UI, and not navigate through multiple pages to get to their QR code/membership - that should be front and center. please update your app
