Every time I try to make a change it says I have to call a rep. Why bother with the Change feature if you actually make a change.

Can't even get in to pay my bill. I follow everything to get access but no email comes to reset password even in spam it doesn't show up. What a joke! Smh....

Liberty Mutual App

I constantly have to reset this app, and then it tells me they will send me an email to confirm a password reset, I'll reregister my account, and it always goes to junk mail if it shows up at all. After finishing all the boxes and email responses, you go to login and you get I'm sorry we're having technical difficulties if you were having problems logging into your account please re-register your account and we start over and over and over.
