Closed account won’t tell why
They closed my account after over a year and refuse to tell me why. Do with this info as you please. Not a safe bank to hold funds. Customer service takes hours to get through, if you want access to your money or access to a person when you have problems accessing money this IS NOT the “bank” for you. Also after they delete my account they continue to send me emails about deleted account with my account features highlighted. So frustrating

Poor Customer Service with no communication. I have been trying to update the account with the correct name and Tax ID for over a month. After being told it would be updated numerous times. Still no changes. Give your money to a company that actually does what it says it will do.

Physical cards don’t arrive, digital cards don’t work with Apple Wallet
I created an account with lili a month ago. My card had an initial arrival date of Feb 9 (14 days after account creation), but then on that date I noticed in the app it adjusted itself to Feb 14 ETA. It's now Feb 16, I still have not received my physical card, and I'm unable to add my digital card to Apple Wallet. I've spoken with customer service numerous times and no one has offered a solution. I cancelled my first card and ordered a new one, but the new digital card can't be added to apple wallet either. I asked if they could expedite the new card to me, but they want ME to pay for the express shipping. I tried explaining to them the error is on them to resolve and requested to speak with a manager but was told that wasn't an option. Their customer service is clueless and unhelpful. In response to their comment below: I've done that. It's now been more than 2 weeks, since my issue was escalated, with no response from their support team. I've tried following up, but get nothing. Calling them is pointless, since the first level of support will do nothing more than read canned responses. It's infuriating how little they will deviate from script, basically ignoring anything you say. The best they can do is “escalate” your ticket, which just puts you into purgatory like I've been for weeks. Stay far away from this “bank.”

Run far away!
This bank has to be a scam! I opened an account and in the same week they closed the account without providing me any notice or documentation. I found out my account was closed by trying to activate the debit card they provided me. Customer service told me there was a good reason for closing the account but they can't tell me why! Do not trust this company. I trusted this company because they are listed on need wallet and have good reviews but after doing some digging, I've found many people had my same issue. Please don't trust this company. They just want to steal your information.

I opened an account, less than 24 hours closed my account with a pending deposit…. They said they used my account history to close my account from “sophisticated” sources. I better not lose my transfer.

Terrible customer service. Closed my business account with 1 day notice. Held my money for more than the 14 day time period they stated. Received different stories from each customer service rep I talked to. When asking to speak to a supervisor, each rep stated none of them had a phone extension and they can only be reached by email. Would not recommend anyone I know to use this company. Beware.

They froze my account for no reason whatsoever
No phone call, just froze it completely for a day. I chose them from Nerd Wallet review, but after this event I'll stick to a real bank instead.

Worst bank ever don't even waste your time and Money on em very trash and worst company ever big waste of my time and money. Still waiting for em to mail me a check with my money when they close my account for no reason
