Would be 0 stars if available because of latest update, error message everytime uploading photos, everything is harder to find if you can find it at all, can not edit name tags, does not delete phones from phone like it use too. To many other thing wrong to list. love that it backs up all my photos but it does not keep their original date taken info, would also be nice if it keep them in the folders that they are in on my photo so I didn't have to sort them again.

Since the last update, almost nothing works anymore. Will probably uninstall it. The app used to be very good and now no longer usable. Unfortunately!

You can not upload the photos preserved in albums and that remain ordered, catastrophic and becomes useless if you have to order 8000 photos by hand and go ordering each time the photos that are uploaded from the mobile

I had taken some screen shots of my grandkids from Facebook bc I can't see them most of the year. They were all deleted 😔

The trash can is NOT in the upper left as you say. It's nowhere, I can't find it anymore or on Google. The update has been for the worse.

A great app but a bit obscure when it comes to videos and how they fill your account up. It's not like I have any UHD videos but I get regular warnings thrown up about not having enough space. Here is a hint Amazon, I have loads of space via your offering, Microsoft's offering, Google's offering and Dropbox's offering. Instead of being shitey about it just increase your space allowance and make your customers happy.
