DO NOT TRUST APMEX
I trusted at APMEX to ship what I ordered, in a timely manner. After weeks, of not receiving my order, I placed a request to find out what happened. That makes said they were “going to investigate.” They did their investigation, to find out indeed something happen to my order. Although was no fault of mine, and they “guarantee satisfaction” APMEX stated that my request happen after the “30 day policy.”Although they do ask if you don't receive your order right away that you wait longer. APMEX has not made this right to date, and I certainly hope they will do what is right, and send me my order, or provide a refund.

Got an email offer for buffalo round tubes for $480 went to buy 2 tubes and said out of stock. But you have plenty for sale at a much higher price. Bait and switch! S D Bullion will get plenty of my money.

Credit card fees aren't as much as APMEX charges. Wish they wouldn't charge fees. Silver and gold are priced higher for APMEX to make money anyway. I would buy alot more if fees weren't imposed for using a credit card. Oh, then high interest on cc... so metals need to jump much more so an investor can recoup...

I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!!! I've only bought silver coins/gold, platinum, and palladium twice. All @ Apmex. I thought they were top-notch! WRONG! Only noticed 1 silver eagle uncirculated bu random yr. coin out of 10 with 2 major discolorations. I let it go. Have looked several times since 2019 didn't notice anything. Today 2/23 9 coins out of 10 are discolored! Some pretty bad! One is in hard plastic case! UNACCEPTABLE!!! 2 plastic shields have decentagrated w/no use! BAD BUSINESS! BUYER BEWARE!!
