Not liking the new update. Now when you have promo codes etc you have to click a button for the screen to then pop up when it would automatically be there. Then it has been running slow. It needs to be fixed.

I found myself a Prime subscription - unwanted - for mistakenly clicking ONE button ONCE... No subsequent confirmation request, no validation procedure by email or phone... Procedure obviously "fraudulent" and malicious, then there is NO way to cancel the subscription - even more incorrect practice - but you have to bother to cancel the subscription after having compulsorily "used" (?) the service ... Be very careful where you click!

So far I have bought 5 products, there was no problem in the delivery of 4 of them from Amazon, but I took a delivery from the trash can. (paper garbage) When he wasn't home, they left him there and sent him a photo. We tried to figure out the place that was delivered for a while, and finally we found out where the photo was like a detective ;) It was a funny yet frustrating experience!

I Get Emails/Calls/Texts My Packages Are/Have Been Delivered & Payments Have Been Deducted From My Accounts But I Never Ever Order Anything From Amazon & This Is Why & The Messages /Calls/ No One From Amazon Never/Ever Answers From Amazon,Wayyy To Much Scamming For Years Inside Job, 😡💢😡💢😡💢!!!

Terrible Amazon Household / Family experience. Amazon makes sharing with your children/household and payment methods so much more difficult than it needs to be. Your child gets a gift card but it doesn't cover the full amount of their order. Can they use it and have parent card cover the rest? NO. Tells you to buy more gift card. You do that and then it still charges the full amount to your credit card and leaves the full gift card balance alone. 1+ hours with tech support and nothing.
