Experienced racism and when I put notes on exactly where to be picked up, for the most part they never read them and I have to call before they cancel the ride and leave. Would not use unless I absolutely have to.

It seems that I am not allowed to select a standard Lyft anymore. I select standard, and then get a message that the new price is the price they showed under Luft XL. Every time this happens, a vehicle that would be classified as a Lyft XL shows up. Either Lyft got rid of all standard vehicles or they just like screwing me.

I am unable to create my account. It won't let me accept the terms and conditions. It says I must enter an email address to verify my account but doesn't give me anywhere to enter the email address.

Worst ever. A lot of times I go to order a ride that is 9-10 minutes long, and I will be given a price over $50, so I wait 10 minutes, check again and Viola, it's now $10-$15. Kinda sketchy but it gets worse. The app gives you options: pay premium and get picked up sooner or pay less and wait longer. Nearly every time I pick the wait and save price, I get picked up in premium time anyways. SCAM
