Doesn’t remember Face ID or password

The app is okay to navigate and understand, but every few days I have to resign in. Very annoying.

Card Guard Makes App Crash Tried enabling card guard on the app since it's now part of online banking. Everytime I click on it it closes the app. Then when I login again the app attempts to sync my data and the app crashes. I have to clear my app data and cache to be able to login as normal and use the other features. Have gone through this process a few times. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Once i opt in to the New merged card card thing, now the app crashes every time I login and i have to ininstall and reinstall it. Lame. Please fix.

Terrible experience

Constan logging out and to link accounts you have to log into browser. use a lot of banking apps my day is got to be the worst.

Update?

Very nice and simple banking app! Only thing that is unfortunate now is the new update makes you type in your account number every time you're trying login… where as the past version would just require you to put in your password. Please bring this back!!!!!!!

Card guard isn’t working

I am unable to use the card guard feature on the app since the migration to the AFCU app. I am not sure what kinda testing they had done before forcing us to only use the AFCU app.

Always having server issues

I feel like every time I have an emergency and need to transfer money, I open the app and there's some server issue. So inconvenient.

The application for smart phone is offsite from the credit union website. It is difficult to install because it requires a device with a Google account that has been used to access Google Play Store. The application will not download otherwise. It would be nice if the application were either downloadable on the credit union website, or simply integrated into the website like most other credit unions have featured it, in a drop down menu. Laptop access is also needful but not available
