Search is in great need of improvement. If you are looking for 12 volt devices, all 18 volts are also displayed. In addition, no items need to be displayed that you can not buy anyway, because sold out. Constantly you click on the goods to then determine, not available. You can make it clear in the overview. Or better to leave it out altogether.

Can’t return my scratched phone
My phone that was sold “with a perfect screen” arrived with a scratched screen. I've tried to return it and printed off return labels, but the return station say that they the labels aren't valid…. What do I do? The app is rubbish

Poor Transaction Processing
Spent a little time finding the right product, received fair offer for trade in product. That's when the nightmare started. Went to pay though Apple Pay and zero? No “success” no “thank you”, transaction “email”?! So in my mind I thought it didn't go through and had to click “buy” again. Will learned in the past never do that, so I waited. No email still? Nothing on the app showing that purchase went through? So checked my junk email. Well I did have an email that my payment couldn't be processed by my bank as they seen this as fraud?! What kind of raining does this app have to be seen as possible criminal activity. Not going to use this app, not recommending the app to anyone! Get your items from replicable source like GameStop, etc!

DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THEM! THEY DO NOT PAY YOU! I SOLD MY PHONE TO THEM AND ON 3/2/2023 THEY SAID THEY WERE SENDING ME THE $140 THEY OWE ME THEN WITHIN MINUTES THEY SUSPEND THE PAYMENT! I EMAILED BACKMARKET AND THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS

It doesn't work. You cannot scroll through the page. It stays fixed as if it were a photo and you can only return. In the end you have to enter through the browser.
