sometimes it just keeps spinning when trying to load my profile after login. Looks like it has difficulties retrieving that from the database?

Points Revoked without Warning

If I could give them zero stars I would. A single fifty cent postage stamp has more value than Marriott points. Marriott just revoked points that have taken me nearly a decade to accumulate without warning. Customer service only managed to upset me even more by insulting my intelligence. They wouldn't restore my points but mentioned an offer to accumulate more bogus points that can probably be revoked at any time. Nice way to treat a loyal customer. They're too big to care. I would sooner sleep in my car on the side of the road than stay at another Marriott chain again.

It's amazing that one of the largest upscale hotel chains can't get their website nor mobile app in functional order. They should be embarrassed, but according to the comments, perhaps not since the problems still exist.

I used to really like this app, but the past couple months it's been down more than it's up. It rarely loads the first time, and sometimes never loads at all. I'm using the latest version, but it's frequently buggy and incredibly frustrating.
