Using my Samsung A12 authentication is very erratic. I have to often turn the phone off and on again before I can use the app. This is very annoying.

Works well for credit cards but won't let you overpay on a loan. If you select the loan and hit the pay icon the app crashes.

Telling me to update my number via the app and everytime I put my number in it crashes and exit. As someone who has newly taken out a card this worries me.

I personally would suggest you avoid MBNA altogether. The App constantly freezes during transfers, card always ends up blocking itself even on a simple purchase at the supermarket and that's with chip and pin and there's nothing you can do through the app. The app doesn't give notifications and basic functionality is limited because the App comes up with errors or crashes. I cleared my balance and closed the account. Not worth the grief

Pathetic
Can't make a payment, can't contact support. What do I do now? Will have to close my MBNA account and use a different credit card provider.

Garbage
Its just rubbish! Will not let you log in unless you click ‘forgotten login info'! Try and change payments….not possible use a computer! The app is just useless!

Confusion about payment
When trying to pay the full balance of my MBNA Visa Credit card I was, as usual, transferred to my Lloyds Bank app. I selected which of my Lloyds accounts from which to make the payment but the only option was to pay MBNA Mastercard. Why was this?
