App needs work
It is the MOST frustrating process trying to book online doc visit through this app. Consistently cuts off during the process and when I go to select either phone or video visit the app closes. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have tried over 6 times now and so annoyed I may just go to ER instead. This is the 2nd time in the last 4 months I tried to use the app with same issues. Hate this is what our insurance chooses.

Oh yeah, spending half an hour arguing with an app about a password I just set 5 minutes ago, getting my account locked, needing codes texted to me so I can reset the password twice and important docs taking hours to appear under nonsensical drop down menus that seem to assume we want to use this like a social media app is EXACTLY how I want to spend my time while I'm LITERALLY SICK IN BED SO MY JOB EXCUSES MY ABSENCE. And hey, app developers? Can we PLEASE see our password while TYPING IT IN?!?

Waste of money
Dr. couldn't diagnose my six year old with a sore throat. Paid nearly $60 for nothing. Setup a virtual visit with a doctor and bam picked up medicine in less than an hour.

What
Trying to get myself set up on this app and I went to enter in my insurance information, it booted me out of the app several times before linking me to an insurance I don't have and the app will not let me change it. So frustrating. Fix. It.

So dehumanizing to use, only one of the 4 doctors I talked to on this app even seems to care about what they were doing. The company will not let their docs confer with any docs you have outside of the app, making you have to shuttle yourself. And this something that's not unlikely, because if you need a form signed, MDLive won't do it for you. Edit: MDLive immediately reached out for me to email them. Funny, they didn't seem to care as much when I filled out their in-app survey. Curious.

Disappointed
After a long questionnaire about Covid symptoms, at the very end the site said that Paxlovid could not be prescribed by MD Live, which was what I wanted - Paxlovid . A waste of my time. Restriction like this should be listed at the beginning of an inquiry about Covid. That way patients know to go elsewhere for treatment.
