Just tired of jumping through hoops to get the coupons and rewards that I deserve. It just keeps getting harder. I am a senior and not very technically inclined. I am finding it easier to go to the stores that don't count your every move and purchases. I am trying to get my coupons and it wants me to update but won't let me. I am so frustrated. Not worth the hassle anymore. With prices going higher and higher and access to the app getting harder and harder. Just tired of it.

Very hard to make changes. Need pet supplies easier to find and use. But I also had a ,forty five minutes wait for phone help, dropped phone and then lost contact . Lousy customer service.so never did get pet food order made.might try Walmart again. Hard to shop when you haven't transportation.

Cannot use the app, it will not let me log in, I called customer service and still wasn't able to use the app. I'm very disappointed, I cannot access my account, nor can I set up a new one.

Latest update removed the most used functionality, list of previously purchased items and list of items that are on sale, from the homepage. You now have to re-search for everything individually every time.

Ordered my food on a Saturday, but there were no pick-up times available til Sunday. They charged me double for all my items because the sale ended on Saturday.
