Unusable after update
Since the last update, the app no longer comes from the city screen. When you confirm the cookies, it's over. Ask for quick adjustment. Otherwise the app will just fly down again. Otherwise app ok, unfortunately hangs quite often.

The App is in not in English, I am regretting to take USER_PHONE_NUMBER service long term contract. I am not able to understand plans and services. It's pathetic and I am stuck!!!!

Confusing and customer-unfriendly
Confusing, e.g. in case of alleged problems with an invoice. Therefore, another provider is chosen.

An added value is not recognizable, you are always redirected to the website when you click on something. Just to see the consumption I don't need an app. The contract will not exceed the minimum term. Tried again at USER_PHONE_NUMBER, a mistake.

The app is quite ok via WLAN, but hardly usable on mobile devices, as there are still many dead spots in 2023, contrary to the network coverage published by USER_PHONE_NUMBER, and the transmission speed is often below 1 Mbit/s despite LTE/5G tariff, for which the app is not designed. Telefónica or USER_PHONE_NUMBER does not respond to customer inquiries.

Does not really work in the USER_PHONE_NUMBER net 'cos USER_PHONE_NUMBER net is not stabil and mostly too slow. Just app works with WLAN. So why use USER_PHONE_NUMBER?
