This app needs to get up to date with other messaging apps to where you can like/heart a text. All my friends can do it except me and it's soooo annoying! Please get up to date Verizon!

I'm giving this app a one star rating because it doesn't support text reactions, this is 2023 right?! Major fail on Verizon part for not staying modern with text msg features. Also as others have mentioned it sends duplicate msg times

Updated review: Just upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S23, but my issue with the app is still the same. I would love it if we had the option to truly back up messages on a cloud, phone, or even an external drive, and not just "restore messages from sim". Newer phone models no longer have a media card port, so this app feature is redundant especially if we cannot back-up on the first place. It maybe we can and that feature isn't available to everyone...

I've used this app for years and never had any problems. However, I deleted it in December after multiple texts said "sent" but were never actually delivered.

Messages started to disappear and I could no longer send out messages but only receive them. So now Google messaging is better Verizon messaging.
