Forces me to re-login way too frequently and then when I do, none of my favorite stations are saved anymore, and I need to re-add them, very annoying and inconvenient

Captive user of Amtrak's suboptimal app. I get logged out for some unknown reason, perhaps the latest update. Log in and my fav stations are lost. Oh but the app *is* capable of retaining my preferred payment info!? Uhhhh... I *guess* Amtrak's app dev priorities don't encompass my priorities. Another thing. Booking works well. But if ever I need to change a booking, I never depend on the app. I always call a human being at Amtrak. And they are great.

App logs me out and when I try to reenter my information, it doesn't log back in. I don't even get an error message.

Pulling up your reserved tickets requires copy-pasting from your email every time you want to look at it Functionality feels very restricted, but that may just be Amtrak rather than the app

App will not show our reservation. It will not allow me to enter my reservation number. I see no purpose for this app.
