The app is very buggy and crashes frequently

For the most part, the app works, but I do not like it when I go to add money to my account in the wallet section and then I can't get out of the wallet. I've pressed on the button again that adds another $10 to the account when I didn't want to do that, it just looks like you're trying to generate cash for yourself by not giving an arrow back to the main function where we wash our clothes

In the top five worst apps I've ever seen. Every time I open it, even connected to full wifi, it proves laggy and buggy. Not efficient at all to do basic things. Routinely I have to reset or refresh the app to connect to an open appliance, consuming time. Simply, needs an overhaul. Frustrating

Only works like 50% of the time. Constantly crashes and glitches

The App has improved since I last used it. One of the things they could fix is the timer. You set a load that is 36 minutes and the app tells you there is 19 minutes left immediately. I just use my phone to get the correct time anyways. I noticed also that it said machines were in use that were not in use.

There have been many instances that I have not been able to connect with the washers and dryers in my building. I have tried many attempts and other avenues to get the machines started. All to no avail. On occasion in can wait a few minutes and try again and can get right on. Happens every year I am here. So annoying!!!!

Hardly ever works 1st 2nd or 3rd attempt

Have been trying to use it for the last month, app kicks me out and doesn't get the Bluetooth connection. Whether I install or uninstall it needs to be updated desperately if we're paying to use it in our apartment building 😤.

Frustrating. Constantly have to reload or even uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it to work. Only gave it 2 stars because it's nice not to use quarters for the laundry machines but this app is so difficult to use.
