They can not generate tax form in February, and transaction speed really slow, it could make money loss especially if you have a big number of investments

Disappointing customer service

I was trying to close my account, but it's taking forever for them to process the simple request. There was radio silence and when I called/emailed them multiple times, they finally got back, but still not promising a timeline for me. It's one of my worst interactions with a fintech - trust broken and not recommending it to anyone

Fraud alert

I downloaded app and a day later start getting calls from Asia asking me why I haven't linked my bank account yet. My friend who sent me the referral code already linked his and is now getting fraud alerts and charges.
