Not very good
I went to make a payment via the app. When I got to the end it gave me an error message. I then paid via the phone instead. I then checked my online banking and both transactions had ended up going through despite the error. Brilliant.* * Actually not very brilliant at all.

Poor app . Not user friendly .
Compared to the Loyds & MBNA apps this app is harder to use . It would be helpful if I could make a payment without having to enter my bank details each time . With Loyds & MBNA there is an automatic transfer to my online bank to authorise a payment .

Awful
The security is so tight that even the genuine user can't get access. Contradictory instructions leave you in a Catch22 situation, where it is just impossible to gain access. I don't have any of these issues with a normal banking app. Avoid if you can.

Not user friendly for setting up
After receiving the card several attempts to register I gave up, called their Cust Serv people. I was told I'd registered but the process did not confirm this, in the end out of shear frustration I cancelled the account, they need to make the process more user friendly.

Easy to use app
All good, easy to use app, sometimes there is a delay in showing when payments have been made and cleared. Some flexibility on usage allowance should be offered to customers without additional charges being accrued.

It's so annoying that the statements on view are always so far behind. It only shows up to Feb 6th today and it's March 4th. Annoying
