My Chart
The app does not seem to provide past results for comparison. I have to visit my provider and look at his computer screen to get that comparison. Perhaps I just don't know what I am doing. Results were quickly returned.

This is NOT the way you want to contact your doctor
IF you can type an entire message before the app spontaneously closes, you're ahead of the game. Chances are good, however, that you've used all of your characters before you describe why you're reaching out, so you have to shorten it so much you sound ignorant or rude. I'm not even sure why the message function is there -every person who responds (NEVER the doctor) advises an appointment. They're no money to be had in responding to messages. Back to the app. None of the providers can get into my files from the other, so why even bother? The ONE star is because I can see test results.

So far, I have lost access to all Kaiser Permanente records, and I had a message saying I saw Lori Jones RN about my back on March 1, 2023 when that was actually in 2022. How does that happen?
