Haven't had this app for long but it's mostly useless. Log in no problem but it wouldn't load most of the stuff have the time. I just end up going to the website, most likely will be deleted soon since it rarely works.

Rating based solely on the removal of biometric/fingerprint login. Having to either manually enter a password or go find the log in credentials in a password manager is absurd when there was a quick and easy way previously which was removed.

This app is sluggish and takes way too long to load. 25 seconds before login screen appears. EOBs will not display (system error). Chat feature does not work. (Opens but no option to start chat session) Half star

App Disappears. For some reason, the app disappears from my ho.e page and app list. But when I reload from the Google store, it allows me to open because it's still on my phone.

I cannot login. It says "Your session has timed out. Please login again.." and then it just loops. It was working fine before. I cannot login on the website from a computer either.

It will not let me log in. Keeps saying seasion timed out for my security to log back in. I uninstalled and tried again and to no avail the same thing. It deserves a negative 0.

Missing information and no technical support
My wife and I enrolled in Cigna on 1/1/23 for Medicare Part D. It is now early March and only half of my claims and none of my wife's appear. None of our EOBs are accessible. After 8 hours on the phone with “patient advocates” (I wish it was an exaggeration but it's not), I have written this off as a useless unsupported app.

Terrible app.....needed to use the telemedicine service and the app kept crashing. Was unable to use the service and had to go into urgent care instead. Very inconvenient in an emergency situation.
