Logging in issues
Only 1 star and that's being generous. Unable to log in to the app on the phone - seriously frustrating when trying to retrieve my tickets at the cinema. This is happening all the time. Changed my password on the PC as a last resort - all fine but the app is as buggy as hell and won't let me log in. Come on guys sort it out

actually good but
It's a surprisingly good app for a cinema chain. But my local cinema has a lot of broken/damaged seats, which show up as occupied on the seat selector when booking. It would be obviously better if the display distinguished between “someone will be sitting here” and “no one can sit here” - make it easier to tell if a screening will be nice and quiet, or indeed packed and buzzing. I hope Ian Odeon is working on this.

App won't open, It says get the provider ( Odeon ) to fix the problem. Was a fantastic App before hand but now won't even open so can't book tickets and see up coming films

Why is the app not showing all of the schedules on the cinemas?I haven't been able to book and plan in advance and watch any movies since January because the app shows limited dates available to book. Almost cancelled my subscription. Please fix this. It was working ok before,not really well but it can do because you can book but now.. The subscription says limitless but the app shows limited dates and movies to book. This has been happening for months now, checked updates, no updates needed.
