The app keeps crashing it doesnt even open. I keep getting this message if I want to wait for the app or if I want to close it. I have the Motorola One 5G Ace with T-Mobile.Pls fix this I cant even get into my account.

Inadequate
Simple to navigate but no useful info when you get there. Can see data use by line- but not the end of the billing period, nor a daily usage to see where data use might have been an issue so you can correct usage issues and patterns. Absolutely no detail on billing statements. Billing statements are a full month out of date anyway. If you want to know your bill total or upgrade( so you can pay more) this is a good app. For actually understanding your account or usage, it's no help.

Worst and slowest
My Internet is just getting worse and worse slower and slower have had them come over they say nothings wrong with it. It's terrible.

The app is as bad as their internet service. Constantly disconnecting. It's doesn't really help anything

Their customer service is always very polite. But...terrible app and website architecture. Try to make account settings online and it tell you you have to do it through the app. User not recognized. Multiple pw resets that don't get recognized for lengthy periods of time. Chabot often delays or gets stuck in loops that don't allow progress. The only thing this app is good for is paying your bills. Other services cannot be accomplished without assistance
