Worst app

The app randomly will not allow me to access my account and one month my bill went to collections because you can't call in unless you have your account number on you which I didn't have at the time as I was away for work. I do not recommend Toyota financial to anyone. I've had far better luck with every other company I've ever worked with. If 0 stars was an option that's how I'd rate it.

Your app is not taking vehicle payments at this time, it is re directing me to the website.

It doesn't give me options to make additional payment to the principal
