Went to get the Xbox One S deal since I saw a news article and got no notification from the app. After spending forever trying to login, I find out the "offer" is all gone. LAME.

Terrible app. Always buggy. Most screens and functionality don't work. Constantly getting an error message on anything I do. This is from years of use.

Don't know I need mobile security from hacker not damaged security to device it was a out of box now device where the 30 credit for outter cover the phone hot moving slow won't do much 238.dols only had pixel 6a 10hr an I only got a receipt so far Can you Hear Now.!

Just like Verizon's customer service, this app ask way too many security questions and password restrictions, it's a pain In the tailfeathers to use. Update: either verizon fixed this app or finally figured out how to use it. Either way, it works as it should for me now. P

They can't find me in their system I'm always locked out, I'm always getting bills saying I went over my data when I have unlimited data but I can't get in to check anyting Verizon cannot fix it or find it then we get disconnected if we get somewhere.

This app is so bad. I just paid 50 for my service and it wont give me service. Every time i try to add more the screen goes white. It also makes me re enter my password every time i enter the app which is annoying
