My new Railcard does not appear on this app. I enter the download code, the app says “Congratulations! Your Railcard has now been added to this device.” And then, when I click on “Go to your railcards”, I always only see “You don't have any Railcards yet.” :-( Rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app didn't help. This is with the Railcard app 1.4.1 on a Google Pixel 3 with Android 12.

The web site and app seem to be wilfully obscure, frustrating and difficult to use. I regret using this service, and won't use it ever again. The strong impression conveyed via the design of this web site and app is of an organisation that really couldn't care less about its customers. The designers of this unprofessional shambles should be embarrased. Next time I will get my railcard on Trainline.

Senior Railcard
A very frustrating event ordering and waiting for this card which at the time of writing this review was not delivered at all within the 5days advertised and are still awaiting this response card . Customer Service is not very helpful over a 3day period trying to resolve this problem as we had a imminent rail journey planned . If it had not been for the patience and help of a supervisor in resolving this we would have wasted our money . In the event we had to pay for a digital version and wait a further week before a refund can be obtained for the failure of national rail providing the service we paid for.

Breaks too often
I have downloaded this twice today, tried four times to add my railcard. Always “Oops, something went wrong”. Telephone support says there is no problem and I should talk to Apple. Searching the web, this happens often. I will cancel the digital railcard and order a plastic one!

Nightmare !!!!!!!
Couldn't find my railcard, told I didn't have an account, ?????? had to do numerous resets etc, took me over an hour to purchase a card only to be told after I'd purchased it that I already have a valid card- I now have two valid cards😤!!! REALLY FRUSTRATING!!! My husband attempted to renew his card and it won't let him!
