The APP Is just ok , but the services from this company very bad . They have a very bad customer service and bad customer relations. I have a 3 houses insured with them (My 2 houses and my parents house ) And I have 3 different policies for car insurance . I'm going to take my business to different insurance company, a company that respect their clients and treat them right My advice to DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS company even if you have to pay l little more.

I just installed the app for my pet policy and tried to create a claim. The Take Photo button does not work. It seems to be just text on the page. There is no other way to attach an image of the invoice, which is mandatory. So therefore there is no way to submit the claim. At this point I'm stuck with no way to move forward. As a new policy holder, so far I am NOT impressed. Being able to submit a claim should be the bare minimum expectation of this app.

broken app for Business insurance
Horrible app, has nothing on it just blank tiles, just bought small business insurance from them, now 6 days later the app has no information on my policy, It seems nationwide's IT department is run by incompetent fools, I will be canceling my policy and getting a complete refund, and taking my business to a company that understands the importance of having an actual working app and website

Struggling
Obtaining a simple ID has proven to be quite challenging for me. I have invested a significant amount of time attempting to print an ID card using your browser, only to find that it is a cumbersome task. I even explored the possibility of utilizing an application, but unfortunately, it too presented difficulties. I believe there is a need for improvement in the process to make it more efficient and user-friendly. I appreciate you requesting my feedback. Aminata
