I just join Navy Federal and I love their customer service and how I am treated as a valued customer. The only issue that I have is that I set up my notification for text but for some reason when I try to respond yes to receiving notifications the response will not go through leave me unable to get text notification. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thank you so much for all that you do.

When receiving notifications from the system it does not take you to a inbox/ approval area for what ever the notification is trying to alert you too.

They don't stop sending me cards, app keeps bugging out, card keeps getting declined for no actual reason. Fix this please

I have never had a problem out of the app until now. I have been trying to get a direct deposit slip downloaded for 3 days on the app, and it keeps saying the app is unavailable and working to fix the problem . Can someone tell me what's going on?

The app closes immediately as soon as I open it. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled, and reinstalled it again. But the app keeps closing. I'm forced to log in through the web browser for now. This is the first time in years I've had issues with the NF app but this has been going for months now.

Credit report
App works fantastic other than the credit report feature has refused to work since I first got the app and still doesn't. Keep hoping with every update it might but still doesn't to this day. (Been over 3 years).

Will not allow me to login
I can login to the website on my PC. I can login to the website on my iPhone. The app for my iPhone says I have the wrong username or password every time. It's useless if I can't login.
