Decent hardware . Paywall software . Just about everything is behind a paywall . Want to see your history? 80$ . Want protection? 100$ . Want parental controls ? 80 bucks . See my point? 80 dollars . It's frustrating to the extreme . I spent good money on the hardware, why isn't that enough ?

Nice app when it works, but when it can't "find" the cable modem it's connected to, it takes a lot of work to recover.

Grt app make it easy to wrk wth my route. After have router for a few years I can't log into the router with the App also after many tries of using Firefox I was able to log into the router and my account throw the web using MS Edge

Barely functional. Can't rename devices to label them and sort the list (although it pretends it's possible). Not all connected devices are listed. Constantly spammed about subscriptions for enhanced features like firewalls or parental controls. (Forbid we should actually be able to use features that used to be free a decade ago)
